Artie is an assistive communication application that uses artificial intelligence to help children with non-verbal autism express emotions and communicate with their families.

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You are responsible for the content you share through the app
• You must not use the app for illegal or unauthorized purposes

Subscription and Payments

• We offer a free 14-day trial period
• After the trial period, you will be charged the selected subscription fee
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• We offer a full refund within the first 30 days

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Artie are the exclusive property of the company and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Artie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Artie at any time, for any reason, including violation of these terms.
